AndyB started as a radio dj in 1995. Soon he was asked to play his tunes in disco’s in the Netherlands and Spain (Mallorca). In 2002 he took a long break, but since 2009 AndyB is back in town. In 2009 he started a new dancestation on internet: Clubstitute Dance Radio (CDR). A succesfull move. AndyB hosts serveral programms on CDR.

In 2010 AndyB started to produce his first tracks. Andy doesn’t believe in a producer that produces just one style of dancemusic. ‘Dancemusic is to beautifull to commit to just one style’ he once said…and that’s is what drives him to produce dancemusic.

Andy’s first tracks are releases worldwide through platforms like iTunes, Juno, Amazonmp3, Beatport, Trackitdown and many more. this year you can expect at least 15 releases till december 2011….AndyB is hitting hard

born on 11 May 1991.
When I got my first mixer, I mixed with some cheap Sony CD players. I tried to mix music in an unusual way, just to make sure that people would not get bored or irritated. This way of mixing music became sort of boring, but when I grew older, I started to listen more and more music. Music silently became part of my life. I bought my first real(!) mixer and started playing at some small parties for friends, and I loved seeing the people energize because of my music.

From that moment I knew that I wanted to do something more with music. Half a year later, I bought my first (DJ) CD player.

I tried to mix with one CD player for a while, but that was kind of difficult, so I bought a second one. I practiced whenever I had time. My skill was improving, and that only motivated me more. I played at some small parties, which all were a succes.

But, when my skill reached a certain level I had the feeling, I wanted more. So I bought myself one turntable and started practising. This was much harder, playing with a turntable was totally different. So I sold one CD player and bought my second turntable. After practising alot, I got the chance to play at a bigger party: Powerbase, which was organized by my brother and some friends.

i’m producing for almost a year now and i’m getting better and better.
Some of my productions are already played by other dj’s.
i’m even creating a live act for me and a friend.
Nowadays i produce and mix with a friend so we can learn from each other and creating more interesting mixes.

So this story isn’t over yet!
